Hankering to visit coastal Maine during the peak of September? Looking for ways to jump-start your creativity? Curious about the craft of food writing? Voraciously devour Pete Wells’ restaurant reviews, Kitchen Sisters’ podcasts, or David Lebovitz’s food blog? Eager for any excuse to eat lobster?
If you’re nodding yes to any of these, consider joining me at Taste of Maine: A Weekend Writing Workshop on September 15-16, 2018 at Maine Media in Rockport, Maine. You’ll learn about awakening the senses and develop skills for storytelling.
There are a few slots open for the fall weekend workshop. You don’t need to be an experienced writer or even know exactly what food writing means. You only need an appetite for stimulating your sensory awareness and trying your hand at writing within a supportive environment.
Read more about the workshop here. If you have questions about the course, feel free to contact me. If you’re ready to sign up, here’s a link to register. Bring your own notebook. Lobster bibs will be provided.
